Syntonic

AI-driven security and compliance auditing for teams who can't afford to treat compliance as a once-a-year fire drill. Built by operators, for organizations navigating CMMC and defense-contractor security requirements.

We built Syntonic because manual compliance evidence-gathering doesn't scale, and audit trails you can't trust aren't audit trails at all. It's designed to run continuously in the background — surfacing gaps, tracking evidence, and keeping an unbroken chain of custody on every change — instead of becoming a scramble every time an assessment is on the calendar.

  • Continuous control mapping against CMMC / NIST 800-171
  • Hash-chained, tamper-evident audit logging
  • Multi-org workspace support for teams managing several entities

How Syntonic fits

Syntonic is meant to replace point-in-time compliance work with continuous, defensible evidence.

  • Inputs: policy documents, system configurations, access logs, existing evidence
  • Outputs: control mappings, gap reports, audit-ready evidence packages, dashboards
  • Integrations: designed to sit alongside your existing GRC and identity tooling, not replace it wholesale

Control Mapping

Automated mapping of your environment against CMMC and NIST 800-171 controls, kept current as your environment changes.

Audit Logging

Hash-chained, append-only logging that gives you a tamper-evident record — not just a log file someone could edit.

Multi-Org Support

Manage compliance posture across multiple organizations or subsidiaries from a single workspace, with proper access boundaries.

Roadmap

  • Alpha: Core platform build — audit logging, multi-org, invitations (in progress)
  • Beta: Selected design-partner trials with defense contractors
  • v1.0: Public launch with full CMMC control library and reporting

We're looking for a small group of design partners — defense contractors or their MSPs — who are tired of compliance being a fire drill. If that's you, we'd love to talk.
