Aegis
The playbook-driven system we run internally on every engagement — now opening up to a small group of design partners: playbooks, automations, and reporting patterns that shorten the path from findings to fixes.
We built Aegis to run our own engagements, and we use it on every project today. It's designed to sit alongside your scanners, SIEM, EDR, and ticketing systems — instead of being yet another platform to log into, it provides structure and glue: engagement playbooks, evidence patterns, and simple hooks into the tools you already use.
- Standardized engagement runbooks and checklists
- Integration-friendly hooks into your existing tooling
- Reusable reporting components for execs and engineers
How Aegis fits
Aegis is meant to simplify “findings to fixes” across multiple tools and teams.
- Inputs: scanner exports, notes, screenshots, logs
- Outputs: tickets, dashboards, reports, metrics
- Integrations: Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Slack/Teams (via simple hooks)
Engagement Playbooks
Prebuilt patterns for penetration testing, purple-team sprints, and IR readiness, complete with acceptance criteria and evidence prompts.
Automation Hooks
Simple, transparent hooks to push issues into ticketing systems, update dashboards, and notify the right channels without hiding behind opaque magic.
Reporting Accelerator
Report scaffolds that keep technical depth without losing executive clarity, with reusable sections for future engagements.
Roadmap
- Alpha: Internal pilots and feedback loops
- Beta: Selected customer trials
- v1.0: Public launch with documentation and templates
